Hey Reader, I finally feel like summer has started. With the last few weeks being super busy end-of-the-school-year stuff, I'm getting back into the swing of things. š I'm glad! I wanted to make sure you know about something I'm doing on Substack. It's called the Aligned Visibility Sprint. It's built for people on Substack who have been slow to start and who really want a boost on the connection side. The truth is - the fastest way to growth isn't from going in your room and doing it alone. It's from connecting with other people who are doing the thing and growing together. Finding aligned collaboration partners, people to take action with - in general, a wave of energy OUT that will inevitably bring energy IN.
